August 1 Stampin' News! PLUS - Stampin' Saturday date change THIS MONTH ONLY

Happy August 1! I have so many great things to tell you about!! I am so excited!! And before you start scrolling, go ahead and mark your calendar for Saturday AUG 23 for Stampin' Saturday!! More about that down below.

FIRST: My Great Cycle Challenge Fundraiser for the Children's Cancer Research Fund

Sept is only 1 month away! Time for my annual Great Cycle Challenge Fundraiser for the Children's Cancer Research Fund!! 

My fundraising goal this year is $2500. and my mileage total goal is 200 miles. I donate 20% (the regular demonstrator discount/commission amount) of the cost of all kits, including Paper Pumpkin kits sold from my site to my fundraiser! I add to the balance all year and make the total donation in September!  Historically there has been a Match Day (Kick Cancer's Butt Day), so I like to drop it in my fundraiser on that date. It hasn't been announced yet if there will be one this year, so fingers crossed they find sponsors!

Second: A COMPREHENSIVE list of Online Exclusives!!

 I have been so bugged with not being able to really keep up with my materials, between the catalogs and online exclusives, it has just been difficult for me. Well, apparently, it wasn't *just me*, and they have decided to do what I have been hoping for; AN ONLINE PRODUCT LIST!! It will have pics, item #, and prices!! This list will be updated as new products are added and older ones removed. YAY!! First list will be available to customers when the September - December Mini=Catalog goes live!

SIXTH: Stampin' Saturday is changing weeks for August! 

I know we are used to third Saturday Stamping, but I will be out of town that weekend, so we will be stamping on the FOURTH SATURDAY, Sat, Aug 23! 

Out first card is a really fun Fun Fold, that I think will be my go-to guy's card this year! They love mechanical things, so this is a card that will delight and impress, for sure!  The papers used for card class will vary slightly.

Our second card is an exciting twist on an old favorite, using the Sunflower embossing folder!! 

(Pics and a reel of the designs are on the way - I have been out of town a LOT, lately.)

We will begin at 11:00 and finish up around 1:30 (snacks provided) As always, I ask only $5 OR and order. Please RSVP by Friday, Aug 22 so I can have your materials ready!

Sweeter With You July 2025 Paper Pumpkin plus 2 sweet alternate ideas

 The July 2025 Paper Pumpkin kit, Sweeter With You, has arrived in my mailbox! I love these everything-you-need-except-the-scissors-boxes of fun!! The monthly designs range from cute to downright gorgeous! And they just magically appear in my mailbox every month!! What is not to love? As much as I enjoy following the included directions, I do enjoy exploring how to get the most out of each kit. I hope I inspire someone else to take the materials and unleash their creativity!

July Stampin' Saturday, Stamp By Mail, Scrapbooking and MORE!

 

Happy Independence Day, Sweet Stampin’ Friends!

Once the fireworks calm down, there is more for you to look forward to – Stampin’ Saturday! YES! Please plan on joining us at 11:00 on Saturday, July 19 to make one of the best fun folds ever – a ROLLED FRONT CARD, and then get inky (or, at any rate, get the paper inky) by creating a gorgeous sky! Let me know by Friday, July 18 you are coming so I can have your materials ready! As always, I only ask $5. *or* an order!!

Card #1 - a Rolled Front card! Yes, it goes flat to mail 😁 This card is a tad bit larger than normal, 5 x 7, so be prepared to make your own envelope. We are using the charming Charming Day Bundle (stamp set and dies) PLUS the Floral Charm Designer Series Paper. The Scoring Tool makes it easy-peasy to create the rolled front for depth and that WOW factor! This is a design you will use for every big celebration!

                                            

Card #2 - The stamp set Peaceful View is a view I just love! If you have been stamping with me for a while you know I love inking skies! Card #2 is gorgeous! We will be inking our sky, then heat embossing our image! Never inked a sky? It is so much fun!! No 2 will ever be exactly alike, just like no sunset is ever an exact do over, but *all* of them make you sigh with satisfaction.

                                    

Can’t make it on the 19? STAMP BY MAIL!! You will receive everything you need – both images and cardstock stamped/embossed (if needed) and cut, dimensionals if needed, necessary embellishments and very specific directions to complete your cards. All you need is your adhesive of choice. $10 for 1 card, and only $15 for both, payment via Zelle, FB Pay (friend me!) or PayPal (sent only as Friends and Family and no comments, or please include an extra $2.) to teachph@aol.com .
